Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Onederland mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Onederland ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Description of Service

Onederland is a health tracking application designed to help you:

• Log GLP-1 medication injections, streaks, and dosing adjustments
• Monitor health metrics and vital signs from Apple Health or manual entries
• Log meals with AI assistance and track macronutrient goals
• Visualize health data through dashboards, calendar views, and dual-axis graphs
• Set and track personalized health goals
• Export PDF and CSV reports for personal use or sharing with clinicians

2. Medical Disclaimer

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Onederland is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by the FDA or other regulators.
• Do not use the App during emergencies; call emergency services immediately.
• Do not adjust medication based solely on App data without consulting your healthcare provider.
• Verify critical health data with approved medical devices and professionals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and not be barred from using the App by applicable law.

4. User Account

Account Creation

• You may need an account to access certain online features (e.g., subscriptions or future cloud services).
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and account activity.

Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or inactivity.
• You may request account deletion at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when logging injections, metrics, meals, or notes.
• Do not disrupt the App, backend services, or other users.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the App or infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Do not use the App to harm minors in any way.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Onederland and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the App.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data practices described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Apple Health

The App integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit). Your use of Apple Health is subject to Apple's terms, and we are not liable for Apple Health functionality or data accuracy.

Online Services

Optional online services (such as analytics, diagnostics, or AI nutrition gateway) may use Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare Workers, subject to their service terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onederland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any damages exceeding $100 USD arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onederland and its representatives against claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Modifications

App Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Terms Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you via in-app notice and updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.

14. General Provisions

• Severability: invalid provisions do not affect enforceability of the remainder.
• Entire Agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy supersede prior agreements.
• Waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: you may not assign rights without our consent; we may assign freely.

16. Export Control & Force Majeure

You agree to comply with applicable export laws. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
