Apple Health
Your GLP-1 tracker, connected to Apple Health
With your permission, Onederland reads your body measurements, blood pressure and glucose, activity, sleep, food and water from Apple Health, and writes back the weights, blood pressure, food and water you log, except blood pressure on iOS and iPadOS 26.5. You choose each type, and you can change your mind in the Health app at any time.

A demo profile, Maya, with made-up data.
What it reads and writes
Only the types you allow
Apple's permission sheet lists each type. Onederland asks for these, and works with any you leave off.
Reads, with your permission
- Weight, height and body composition
- Blood pressure (not on iOS and iPadOS 26.5) and blood glucose
- Steps, distance, active energy and exercise minutes
- Sleep
- Nutrition and water
- Sex and date of birth
Writes, unless you turn it off
- The weights you log
- Blood pressure (not on iOS and iPadOS 26.5)
- Food
- Water
Activity totals match the Health app's own daily totals, and sleep adds up your sleep stages when they cover the night.
Your Health data
What stays on your iPhone, and the one exception
What Onederland reads from Apple Health is stored on your iPhone with the rest of your logs. On its own, the app sends Apple Health data off your iPhone only in the daily insight's summary of your recent days, including daily totals of steps and sleep, after you allow the insight. Otherwise it leaves only in reports, share images and backups you choose to make or share.
Apple Health data is never sold and never used for advertising. The privacy policy lists what each feature sends.
