Invited by a friend?
Friends with an eligible invite get 30 extra days of Onederland Plus, added to their first paid period after any free trial. The inviter can earn 30 extra days once, when the first eligible friend starts paying. The reward applies during the inviter’s current eligible paid period, or waits for their next paid period.
How does the free trial work?
Both plans include a 1-week free trial if you haven't had one before. You aren't charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then in Settings.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Onederland Plus. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
I already subscribed. How do I get Plus on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases in Onederland's Settings, under Onederland Plus.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do I need an account?
No. You can subscribe and log food with AI without signing in. 3D body compare needs you to sign in. Signing in links Plus to your account, so it follows you to a new phone.
I already subscribe. Does my price change?
No. If you already subscribe, you keep the price you signed up at.
