Food and protein

Protein first, and food logging that keeps up

Describe a meal or take a photo, and Onederland estimates its calories and protein with Onederland Plus. Scanning a barcode, searching foods you've logged and entering food by hand are free. Today's protein sits on Home next to your next dose, with a target suggested for you or set by you.

Ways to log

Log a meal the way that's quickest today

Every way to log lets you check and change a meal before it's saved.

Describe a meal

Type it the way you'd say it. Onederland estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber, and you review it before it's saved. With Onederland Plus.

Photograph your plate

Take a photo and get the same estimate. AI estimates can be off, so change anything that looks wrong. With Onederland Plus.

Scan a barcode

Free. Products come from Open Food Facts, an open food database, and you can fix any number before saving.

Recent and saved foods

Log what you eat often in two taps, free.

By hand

Enter the calories and nutrients yourself when you know them, free.

Water too

Log water in your own unit and see it beside your food.

Protein

Why protein comes first

Protein sits beside calories on every meal and on Home, because it's the number many people on a GLP-1 watch most.

Onederland suggests a daily protein target from your profile, and you can set your own in Settings. It shows how much you've had and how much is left, with no daily score.

For why protein matters on a GLP-1, and what a 2025 joint advisory says about it, read our guide to protein on a GLP-1.
