Terms of service

1. The app

Onederland helps you keep track of GLP-1 medicines and the things around them. You can:

• log doses, with reminders, and see an estimate of your medication level from the doses you log;
• see your weight beside your doses, and log food, water, side effects and notes;
• connect Apple Health, and export PDF and CSV reports;
• read a daily insight written by AI from your logs, and a weekly score;
• with Onederland Plus, log food with AI and compare your body in 3D.

2. Not medical advice

• Onederland is a tracking app, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or tell you which dose to take, and it isn't a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• The medication level is an estimate from the doses you log, not a lab test. AI food estimates can be off. The daily insight is written by AI from your logs and isn't medical advice.
• Onederland hasn't been evaluated by the FDA or other regulators.
• Talk to your prescriber before changing your dose, and don't change your medicine based only on the app.
• Don't use the app in an emergency. Call your local emergency number.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, able to agree to these terms, and not barred from using the app by the law where you live.

4. Your account

• You can use Onederland without an account. Signing in with Apple is for invites, 3D body compare and keeping Onederland Plus on your devices.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account. That deletes your account and its data on our servers, as the privacy policy describes. It doesn't cancel a subscription; you do that in your Apple Account settings.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or illegal activity, or harms the service or other people.

5. Onederland Plus and payments

• Onederland Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription, bought in the app through the App Store. The price for your country is shown before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
• If a plan includes a free trial, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policies.
• If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.

6. Invites

When the app offers invites, it shows you, before you share a link, what a friend's invite link gives and what you get for inviting. Don't misuse invites, for example with fake accounts. We may change or end invites, and we may withhold rewards gained by misuse.

7. AI features and 3D body compare

AI food logging, the label check and the daily insight use AI model providers, and 3D body compare uses a 3D-model service, as the privacy policy describes. Their results are estimates: check them before you rely on them. Use 3D body compare only with photos of yourself.

8. Using the app fairly

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Don't disrupt the app or its servers, or try to get into any part of them you aren't meant to.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it.
• Don't use the app to harm anyone, including minors.

9. Your data and content

What you log is yours. We use it only to provide the app's features, as the privacy policy explains. Backups you make are saved to your own iCloud Drive or Files. Your use of the app is also governed by the privacy policy.

10. Other services

The app works with services we don't control, such as Apple Health, the App Store, RevenueCat, Open Food Facts and the AI and 3D services in the privacy policy. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for their outages or the accuracy of their data. Product data from Open Food Facts is available under the Open Database License.

11. Intellectual property

The app and its content, features and design are ours and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app, which we may revoke if you break these terms.

12. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will give any particular result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to 100 US dollars.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the app, your breach of these terms or your infringement of someone else's rights.

15. Changes

We may change or stop features of the app. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and post a material change on this page before it applies. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law of your country gives you the right to go to court there.

17. General

• If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
• Not enforcing a part of these terms isn't a waiver of it.
• You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may.
• We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You agree to follow applicable export laws.
