A dose is a medicine, an amount and a time. Onederland keeps those right and stays out of your way.
Reminders on dose days
At the time you choose. Mark as done logs the dose from the notification; Snooze reminds you in an hour.
A note for each dose
Write where you injected or how the day went. Notes stay with the dose in your history.
Any schedule
Every 7 days, every day for a pill, or any interval from 1 to 30 days.
Log doses automatically
If you never miss, turn it on and each scheduled dose is marked taken once its time passes. You can still edit it.
A history you can fix
Change a dose, its time or its note later. A skipped dose shows as skipped.
Dose steps
The dose steps Onederland knows
Each medicine's label doses become the preset chips in Log dose and the colors of your dose steps. Your prescriber decides your dose and when it changes.
Onederland never tells you which dose to take. When you enter an amount, it asks you to check one that looks mistyped or is above the medicine's highest label dose.

How it works
Track your GLP-1 doses in three steps

Add your medicine
Choose it during setup or in Settings, with your current dose and how often you take it.

Log each dose
When a dose is due, tap Log dose on Home, then Log dose: two taps, with the time already filled in. Or tap Mark as done in the reminder.

See it on your chart
Progress puts every dose change under your weight trend, on the same timeline.
Questions
About tracking doses
Can I track a dose I took late?
Yes. Log it when you take it, and set the time you took it. Your next dose is counted from that day, at your usual time.
What if I skip a dose?
Tap Skip, or Skip this dose in Log dose. It shows as skipped in your history and on your charts. Talk to your prescriber about missed doses. You can keep a side effect log alongside your dose history.
Can I track injection sites?
Each dose has a note, so you can write where you injected. Your notes stay with each dose in your history. Injection site notes has more.
Does it work for a daily pill?
Yes. Choose the Wegovy pill or Rybelsus and Onederland switches to a daily schedule. Turn on Remind me on dose days for a daily reminder.
Will Onederland tell me when to increase my dose?
No. Your prescriber decides your dose. Onederland records what you take and shows it beside your weight.
