    On the same day each week, at any time of day, with or without meals.1

    Step by step

    From 2.5 mg, the dose goes up in 2.5 mg steps after 4 weeks or more at each, up to 15 mg.1

    Where to inject

    Under the skin of the abdomen or thigh, or the back of the upper arm when another person gives it, rotating with each dose.1

    If you miss a dose

    The label says to take it within 4 days (96 hours) of the missed day. After more than 4 days, skip it and take the next dose on your usual day.1

About Mounjaro in Onederland

Does Onederland work with Mounjaro?

Yes. Choose Mounjaro during setup or in Settings, with your current dose and dose day. Onederland keeps a weekly schedule. Turn on the dose reminder, and it reminds you on dose days.

How many days late can I take Mounjaro?

The US label says to take a missed dose within 4 days (96 hours) of the missed day; after more than 4 days, skip it and take the next dose on your usual day. Ask your prescriber if you're unsure, and log the dose when you take it.1

Where can I inject Mounjaro?

The label lists the abdomen or thigh, and the back of the upper arm when another person gives the injection, rotating with each dose. Onederland's dose note is where you can write where you injected.1

Mounjaro and Zepbound are both tirzepatide. Does that matter in the app?

Only for the name on your doses: both labels have the same dose steps. The medication level estimate uses tirzepatide's half-life for both.12

Does 2.5 mg show on my chart?

Yes. Every dose you log, 2.5 mg included, appears as its own dose step.
