Reading an Onederland report

A guide for clinicians receiving a patient’s PDF or CSV export, with a printable handout for patients.

What the report contains

What the report contains

The patient chooses PDF or CSV and a date range (7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or All). The general health report contains the sections below. Available information depends on their logs and connected Apple Health data.

Weight and BMI: weight summaries, a weight chart and recent weigh-ins; BMI appears when height is available.

Dosing overview: medicine, dose and logged dose history, with timing summaries. The optional medication level is an estimate, not a lab test, calculated from logged doses.

Nutrition: calorie and nutrient summaries, water and daily totals. Sleep: time asleep, stages and sleep summaries. Activity: steps, active energy and distance.

Blood pressure: summary readings and a readings table. PDF tables show recent entries and have row limits; they are not a complete raw-data export.

The general health CSV contains rows for doses, weight, blood pressure, nutrition, activity and sleep, newest first, with Date, Time, Type, Value, Unit and Source columns. It does not include the medication-level estimate, dose notes or PDF charts.

What it is not

What it is not

Onederland is a tracking app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or tell a patient which dose to take. The report records data; it does not recommend a treatment.

The medication level is an estimate, not a lab test. It uses logged doses and the medicine’s published half-life; it does not measure an individual’s blood or account for their lab results. It must not be used to decide a dose.

Logs can be incomplete or entered incorrectly. Review the dates and source data with the patient. Always follow your doctor’s or prescriber’s advice and guidance.

Use Print to print just the one-page handout below, or save it as a PDF with your browser’s print menu.
