A trend, not every wobble
A smooth line through your weigh-ins, with each weigh-in as a quiet dot. A gap in your logs stays a gap.
Weight and doses
Onederland's Progress chart draws a smooth trend through your weigh-ins and puts your dose steps underneath, on the same timeline. Each dose gets its own color, so you can see what changed and when. Apple Health brings your weigh-ins in, and the chart marks the day you go under 200 pounds.

What you see
The chart is built for one question: what happened to my weight while my dose changed? Make a free Onederland card to mark a milestone.
A smooth line through your weigh-ins, with each weigh-in as a quiet dot. A gap in your logs stays a gap.
Each dose and how long you took it, on the same time axis as your weight, in its own color.
The line at 200 lb, or 100 kg if you weigh in kilograms, and a moment for the day you go under it.
Set a goal weight and see how far your latest weight is from it. Reaching it gets its own moment too.
Smart scales and other apps that write to Apple Health fill in your chart. You can log a weight by hand too.
From your GLP-1 start to today, or the last weeks, months or year, with month and year markers along the time axis.
How it works
Connect Apple Health, or log a weight from the Log menu.
Every dose you log, and every change your prescriber makes, appears in the dose steps.
Open Progress to see your trend over the dose steps, from your start to today.

Yes, with your permission. Weigh-ins from Apple Health appear on your chart, and weights you log in Onederland are saved back to Apple Health unless you turn that off in Settings.
Yes, during setup or in Settings. Progress shows how far your latest weight is from your goal.
The weight part looks at your weight trend over the last two weeks. A loss of 1% of your weight a week, or 1 kg (2 lb) if that's more, earns full points. So does being close to your goal.
Your trend beside your doses, so a flat stretch and any dose change are easy to see together. You can share it with your prescriber in a report. Talk to them before changing anything about your medicine.
