About Onederland
A calm, precise companion for GLP-1 medicines
Onederland started with one number. For many people on a GLP-1, the first time the scale reads under 200 pounds is the moment it all feels real. They call it Onederland. We built an app that marks that day, and makes every dose, meal and weigh-in on the way there easier to keep track of.
What we believe
Four rules every screen follows
Calm
One clear thing first on each screen, quiet colors, no streak shaming and no noise.
Kind
Food is fuel, not a test. Weight moves both ways. A missed dose is logistics, never a failure.
Careful with medicine
We estimate, we say so, and we cite our sources. We never tell you which dose to take.
Private
Your health data is stored on your iPhone by default, and we never sell it.
How we handle medical content
Sourced from the labels, and never a substitute for your care team
Medicine facts in the app and on this site, such as dose steps and half-lives, come from prescribing information or published trial results. In the app, Settings, Sources and disclaimers lists them. The medication level, the Onederland score, the suggested targets and the daily insight are Onederland's own estimates, not medical advice.
Fandaria publishes this site. It describes the app and summarizes the labels; it isn't medical advice. Talk to your prescriber before changing your dose.
