From 0.25 mg, the dose goes up every 4 weeks or more, to a maintenance dose of 1.7 or 2.4 mg. The label allows 7.2 mg for adults who have tolerated 2.4 mg for at least 4 weeks and need more weight reduction.1

Under the skin of the abdomen, thigh or upper arm, changing the site with each injection.1

If you miss a dose
If the next dose is more than 2 days (48 hours) away, the label says to take it as soon as you can; if it's closer, skip it. Missing 2 or more doses in a row has its own instructions, so ask your prescriber.1

Does Onederland work with Wegovy?
Yes. Choose Wegovy during setup or in Settings, with your current dose and dose day. Onederland keeps a weekly schedule. Turn on the dose reminder, and it reminds you on dose days.
How many days late can I take Wegovy?
The US label says to take a missed dose as soon as you can if your next dose is more than 2 days (48 hours) away, and to skip it if it's closer. Missing 2 or more doses in a row has its own instructions. Ask your prescriber, and log the dose when you take it.1
Where can I inject Wegovy?
