An iPhone and iPad app for people taking GLP-1 medicines. It keeps your doses, weight, food, side effects and Apple Health data in one place, and estimates your medication level from the doses you log.

Onederland is free to download and use. Onederland Plus, $39.99 a year or $5.99 a month in the US, adds AI food logging and 3D body compare.

What's free

Any iPhone or iPad with iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later.

Yes. The new Onederland moves everything you logged the first time it opens, and keeps the earlier app's files until the move is verified.

Wegovy and Ozempic (semaglutide injections), the Wegovy pill, the Ozempic pill and Rybelsus (oral semaglutide), Foundayo (orforglipron), and Zepbound and Mounjaro (tirzepatide). Onederland can also log retatrutide, an investigational medicine in clinical trials.¹

An estimate of how much of your medicine is in your body, calculated from the doses you log and each medicine's published half-life. 100% is your average once you've been on the same dose for a few weeks. It's an estimate, not a lab test.

How the estimate works

Log it when you take it. Your next dose is counted from that day, at your usual time.

No. Your prescriber decides your dose. Talk to your prescriber before changing your dose.

Weighing under 200 pounds, or under 100 kilograms if you weigh in kilograms. The app draws that line on your chart and marks the day you go under it.

What Onederland means

Yes. Choose pounds or kilograms in Settings. In kilograms, the Onederland line is 100 kg.

Over your last 7 days: your weight trend over the last two weeks, nutrition, doses, activity and sleep, each with its own share of 100 points. Tap the score to see each part.

Describe a meal or take a photo, and Onederland estimates its calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber. You review the estimate before saving it, and AI estimates can be off, so change anything that looks wrong. It's part of Onederland Plus.

AI food logging

Yes. Scan a barcode, search foods you've logged before or enter food by hand, all free.

With your permission: weight, height, body composition, blood pressure, blood glucose, sleep, steps, distance, active energy, exercise minutes, nutrition, water, sex and date of birth.

Onederland and Apple Health

The weight, blood pressure, food and water you log, except blood pressure on iOS and iPadOS 26.5. You can turn this off in Settings; what it already wrote stays in Apple Health.

Plus adds AI meal descriptions, meal photos and new 3D comparisons, and removes the daily limit on AI label checks. Tracking, reminders and reports are free.

Onederland Plus

Both plans include a 1-week free trial if you haven't had one before. To avoid a charge, cancel in Settings at least a day before the trial ends.

With an eligible invite claimed before any trial or purchase, you get 30 extra days of Onederland Plus in your first paid period after any free trial. Your plan is billed normally; application may be delayed.

On your iPhone. Backups go to your own iCloud Drive or the Files app. The daily insight, AI food logging and 3D body compare send only what they need to our servers; the privacy policy explains each one.

No. We never sell your data, and Apple Health data is never used for advertising.

In Settings, open Account and tap Delete account. Your account and its data on our servers are deleted. Your subscription continues until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
